IctNeo is a complex decision support system for neona-tal jaundice management, a very common medical problem. This paper discusses how it has been constructed in the con-text of Decision Analysis and how it operates. It isolates the difficulties encountered in practice related to knowledge-ac-quisition and related to computationallimitations. S
