RCsumB.- Des applications rkcentes de RPE, RMN et ENDOR sont brikement passkes en revue pour les investigations suivantes: effets de mouvement de dtfauts ponctuels, influence du changement de phase struc-turale sur des dtfauts, autodiffusion, mouvement de dislocation, structure des dkfauts de basse symttrie, ktats excites de dkfauts. La mkthode de la rtvklation des spectres RPE par le comportement des raies d'ENDOR est brikement dtcrite pour I'application aux dtfauts du corps solide. Elle rend possible I'analyse des spectres RPE et ENDOR superposks dus 9 plusieurs dtfauts et facilite aussi l'analyse des spectres ENDOR de dkfauts de b-asse symktrie.
