Abstract: Human rights declaration was set and published by United Nation in 1948. The most important part of the human right declaration is that, everyone has the right to search and re-ceive information at any time. To this respect, libraries play significant task in disseminating information (Knowledge) to each individual. According to library bill of right, ” Libraries should challenge censorship in the fulfillment of their responsibility to provide information and enlight-enment”.
