expanding a set of coastal navigational aids by the navigator during the coastal voyage. The method implies that landmarks, the coordinates of which are unknown, are included into the net of optical aids. This proposal uses the sequence method of geodesic measurements adjustment. The application of sequence method can be use in solving some navigational problems on the warship and merchant ships during coastal voyage. This article presents the part of the geodesic method of work which deals with the problem of navigation calculations
