The main points of this paper are the following. • I present a simple and elegant proof of how feedback control pro-tocols like the eXplicit Control Protocol (XCP) [10], which was set to solve the problems of TCP, and other control protocols I propose in this paper can converge to a unique fixed (stable) point. • I propose a fast congestion control (transport) protocol (FCP) which (based on preliminary analysis) is better than XCP. FCP is a fair, efficient transport protocol and gives QoS solutions and can enhance network security. • I present an efficient online cross layer traffic engineering (OCLTE) technique.
