Abstract-Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) is one of the preferred problem-solving strategies and machine learning techniques in complex and dynamically changing situations [1] such as in Networked Appliances (NAs) environment. CBR, which has been developing rapidly in recent years in Artificial Intelligence (AI), can be used to solve problem by relating some previously solved problems or experiences to a current, unsolved problem in a way that facilitates the search for an acceptable solution [2]. This machine learning technique can be integrated into NAs environment in order to provide ubiquitous network environment, which means something that is encountered constantly within home environment [3]
