This paper presents an idea concerning mechanisms and concepts for interaction (reaching beyond software systems) in event-based and event-oriented environments. Focusing the dialogue with the user as well as the integration of elements of knowledge, this approach encompasses an extended examination of an event. Currently we are detailing and specifying the approach, also regarding the modeling and the expansion concerning system-internal interaction
