In this paper we present a groupware interface that enables collaborative navigation on the WWW, based on a collaborative navigational task model: the CoVitesse system. The system represents users navigating collaboratively in an information space made of results of a query submitted to a search engine on the WWW. We present the results of an ergonomic evaluation of the interface using heuristics.
