ABSTRACT: This paper focuses upon the role that Digital Academic Libraries play on the education of engineers. In modern society, information diffusion and remote education increases rapidly and consequently, a Digital Library is not just a novelty but also a necessity, associated with the promotion and diffusion of research work that is being carried out within an Academic Institution.
