The paper studies the relationship between information technology (IT) and managerial productivity. Temporal dimensions constitute an important part of the individual perception of productivity. To study the impact of IT on the temporal dimensions of managerial work we conduct a descriptive study. An analysis of the obtained results indicated a significant difference between the impact of IT on the productivity of senior and middle managers. This observation confirmed the fact that the IT support of ill-structured tasks – tasks that constitute a significant part of senior managers’ work – has yet to be improved.
