Abstract- E-learning offers opportunities for informal, as well as formal learning to take place, through the development of online communities of practice. It gives a lot of new opportunities for schools and universities. On the other hand, it is general accepted, English language is the most known and diffuses at the present time. In this relation, the development and implementation of computer platforms has allowed the improving of language teaching and learning. In the present paper, it was developed a new computer platform named Learning English v.2.0.
