The objectives of Agriculture and Rural Development Operational Programme (ARDOP) in Hungary is focused in the improving of competitiveness of agricultural production and food processing, environment-friendly development of agriculture, promoting the realignment of rural areas and rationalisation of land use. The specific objectives of ARDOP are linked to the National Development Plan, such as (i) more competitive economy, (ii) better quality environment and more balanced regional development; and (iii) to the priority of improving the competitiveness of the productive sector.
