A numerical method for solving linear differential equation with two-point boundary value condition is presented. The method is based upon function approximations.The properties of Legendre polynomials are presented. The opperational matrices of integration and product are then utilized to reduce our problem to the solution of algebraic equa-tions. Illustrative examples are included to demonstrate the validity and applicability of the technique
