There are a number of resources containing enzyme kinetics data. Two widely used data-bases are BRENDA [1] and SABIO-RK [2]. While these databases contain kinetic constants, the key to ensuring that these resources can be usefully employed in a systems biology environment is in the richness of the metadata associated with these values
