This paper reports on the findings of a survey of Australian mathematics teachers. A review of the literature suggested professional reading, inservice programs, conference attendance, seminars, textbooks, and other teachers as sources used by professionals to keep up to date. A survey was conducted to determine the methods used by mathematics teachers who are attempting to become conversant with current mathematics curriculum developments.
