Abstract: Integration of informational resources in common virtual environment is considered. Virtual collaborative environments aim to join research efforts in emerging applications of the GRID technologies. Wide range of GRID services can be developed as Web services. The general components in the integration are described. The main steps in developing virtual environments are outlined. Architecture of an integrated environment is presented
