In previous work the authors developed a procedure model for cutting process optimization based on the collections of machining data in real time with the occurrence of the process in factories shop floor. This procedure showed to be appropriate for production in mass or for batches with great number of pieces. In these cases, it was possible to determine the Taylor’s Equation coefficients, and it was not necessary running over the data of catalogs, what would supply less precise results.
