Abstmet-This paper addresses the issue of call admission con-trol with the necesary QaS guarantee for a micddala integrated wireless cellular network. Specifically, we propose a new call ad-mission control policy called Dual-Threshold Call Admission Con-ml (DT-CAC) policy. It uses hw rhresholdr, one to reserve chan-nels for narrow-band voice handoffcalls, and the other for wide-band data handoff Irffic.
