ABSTRACT- This paper examines the effectiveness of the ‘ride-bright ’ legislation in Singapore that was implemented in November 1995. The odds ratio test is used to investigate if there is any significant difference in the number of daytime motorcycle accidents by severity before and after the implementation of the legislation.
