This report contains the conclusions and policy recommendations that follow from the discussion and analytical presentations that took place at the meetings of the CEPS Task Force on EU Corporate Tax Reform. The members of the Task Force participated in extensive debate and submitted comments on earlier drafts of the report. Its contents contain the general tone and direction of the discussion, but its recommendations do not necessarily reflect a full common position reached among all members of the Task Force, nor do they necessarily represent the views of the institutions to which the members belong.
