Various TCPs for high-speed and long-distance networks have been implemented in Linux and Windows Operating Sys-tems, being readily available to Internet users. However, their performance has been evaluated mainly through Linux servers and clients, despite the heterogeneity of OSs in the real Inter-net. In this report, the performance of high-speed transport protocol flows between servers and various client OSs is in-vestigated in realistic Internet network scenarios
