at CERN (European Center for Particle Physics) will use silicon pixel detectors for the three innermost layers of the semiconductor tracker. Their aim is to provide precise posi-tion of particles passing through the detector. A number of test has been performed and a lot of data have been analyzed. Studies of behavior of irradiated and non-irradiated detectors were required; charge collection eciency, spatial resolution, depletion depth, and Lorentz angle measurements had to be dealt with. Data acquired in a high luminosity beam have been analyzed, as well. The analysis of test beam data is the main goal of the paper. Key words: ATLAS Pixel detector, test beam analysis, spatial resolution, depletion depth
