Researchers have expended considerable effort in constructing theoretical models, such as the technology acceptance model (TAM), expectation confirmation model (ECM), and cognitive model (COGM), that explain and predict user behavior in information system acceptance and continuance. This study combines these three models and two central constructs- satisfaction and attitude- into an integrated model. Additionally, this study integrates the motivation perspective, and the self-determination model (SDM).
