Faculty members at Canadian business schools were surveyed regarding their ethical perceptions of behaviours related to undergraduate instruction. The only behaviour considered unequivocally unethical was engaging in a sexual relationship with a current student. Results also indicated that, for approximately half of the items, Canadians perceived the same behaviours to be less ethical than their American counterparts. With the proliferation of corporate scandals in recent years, there seems to be an increased interest in ethical behaviours within a business context (Viswesvaran, Deshpande, & Joseph, 2000).
