Abstract—Implementing a successful change in organizations usually needs critical considerations.Numerous changes in or-ganizations did not triggered or did not stabilized as managers did not consider different aspects and dynamic effects in the change process. In this paper a change in the hierarchy of a specific company is investigated. This change leads to setting new routines and rules, therefor some of the employee’s norms and habits should be altered. Thus, cultural aspects of this change are studied. A dynamic model is built and some insights are concluded from the model to implement a more effective change.
