Purpose: The report presents an evaluation of a new broadcasting facility with focus on the usability of the new workplaces and working environments and the satisfaction both with the user involvement and the finished buildings. Methodology/approach: The evaluation is mostly based on post occupancy evaluation including an interview survey among managers and staff in DR. The results of the survey are analyzed in relation to the intentions for the new facility and the concept of usability. Findings: The research indicates that the involvement of the users in briefing and design has a clear positive effect on the finished buildings and the user satisfaction.
