It is hard to believe that my graduate school career is coming to a close. It has been a great experience full of challenge and growth. Many people have aided me in this journey and deserve recognition. First, I would like to thank my dissertation committee members: Drs. Nathan Kuncel, Paul Sackett, John Campell, and Mark Davison. I truly appreciate their help and insight during this process. Their input has greatly improved my work. In particular I would like to thank my adviser, Nathan, for his support and guidance over the last five years. His mentorship has helped me grow as a researcher and practitioner in the field of I/O psychology. My friends have also been instrumental to my success. My graduate school experience was greatly enriched thanks to my cohort: Winny, Rena, Stacy, and Kara. We’ve certainly been through a lot together and I look forward to more adventures in the future.
