Abstract. The current study of complex dynamical networks is pervading almost all kinds of science, engineering and technology, ranging from mathe-matics to computers, physics to biology, even to sociology. Its impacts on the modern high-tech industries, financial markets and human life are prominent and will be far-reaching. Research on fundamental properties and dynamical features of such complex networks has indeed become overwhelming.
