OBJECTIVE: To compare the results of transvesical prostatectomy with transurethral resection of prostate in respect to the presentation and severity of postoperative urinary incontinence. DESIGN: Comparative study. PLACE AND DURATION OF STUDY: This study was carried out in two tertiary care centres.
