Abstract: In consideration of its national and regional characteristics, China needs to develop countermeasure techniques that allow the extensive use and diffusion of Bio-Eco Engineering, a hybrid technique of Bio-engineering, as biotreatment engineering, and Eco-engineering, as ecological engineering.
