Present investigation was carried on to find out the influence of AM fungi and Azospirillum on the growth, yield and nutritional potential of tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum). This study was conducted as field experiment at Sivapuri Village, Annamalainagar, Tamilnadu, India. The highest root length, shoot length, fresh weight, dry weight,yield were recorded in tomato grown in the application of AM fungi and Azospirillum at various stages of its growth (35, 50 and 75 DAYS)
