In this article, the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System implementation studies, the waste minimization studies which shows parallel improvement with ISO 14001 Environmental Management System practices and the positive reflections of these works on pollution prevention, raw material and natural resources consumption was explained. Waste minimization applications are used by companies to increase the operational efficiency.
