Study Design. The effectiveness and efficacy of Iyen-gar yoga for chronic low back pain (CLBP) were assessed with intention-to-treat and per-protocol analysis. Ninety subjects were randomized to a yoga (n 43) or control group (n 47) receiving standard medical care. Partici-pants were followed 6 months after completion of the intervention. Objective. This study aimed to evaluate Iyengar yoga therapy on chronic low back pain.
