This paper presents comparisons of the performances of the newly proposed semi-active control algorithms for use with multiple magnetorheological (MR) dampers. The proposed controllers are the simple passive control, and the decentralized output feedback polynomial control. And traditional clipped optimal control algorithm was used. These controllers use different types of inputs to calculate control signals for the MR dampers using different control mechanisms.
