To estimating runoff is important for water resource engineers to perform any projects. In many studies about runoff assessment, many researchers and engineers use Runoff Curve Number, which is empirical method, because it is easy to use and to apply. However, many researchers have still attempted to find new way to estimate more exact runoff values to optimize water resource projects, so the purpose of this project would like to try to estimate a runoff value using a water balance equation. These days, newly technology, which are Remote Sensing and NEXRAD, have been used for many fields. Also, GIS application has been widely used to research and execute projects, especially in water resource engineering. Therefore, in this project, we do not only estimate a runoff value using water balance, but these technologies are also employed to follow these trends and to evaluate them whether it is applicable. From these attempts, this method can be take-off to assess runoff values more exactly
