Nutrigenomics is the report of the background and the importance of the awareness of the genes that affect the foods, and also the foods that affect the genes in human body. It is found that human attempts to link the knowledge of genes and relevant food to associate with various things, or even using the existing evolutionary theories to explain why the evolution emerges and affects human genes by employing food as a method to describe such phenomenon.
