By engaging in an ongoing process of business innovation and organizational change, firms seek to reduce their transaction costs and sustain their competitive advantage. However, the degree to which the innovative firms can improve their organizational capacities is closely associated with the level of cooperation among different actors involved in the change process. This paper attempts to examine the relationship between trust and the organizational capacities of innovative firms.
