This research paper sets out to identify and evaluate the relevant strategies professional and non-professional ICT instructional material utilization competencies play in stimulating students ’ academic achievement during and after instruction. To achieve the purpose of this study, several statistical procedures were employed and the used tool was simple to meet the need of the categories of respondents used. The results of the findings points out that variety of techniques are needed for teachers to effectively utilize ICT instructional materials in the teaching and learning processes.
