Heterogeneous embedded multiprocessor architectures are becom-ing more prominent as a key design solution to today’s microelec-tronics design problems. These application-specific architectures in-tegrate multiple software programmable processors and dedicated hardwarecomponents togetheron to a single cost-efficient IC.
